From the car park of 'The Left Bank' under the Stirling Highway bridge in Fremantle there is a view which has always fascinated me. There are some apartments and possibly part of 'The Captain Stirling Hotel', but the scene is dominated by the verticals of several poplar-like trees in front of the apartments. To me it creates a magic hidden land that only exists when you look under the bridge. I am not sure if you can enter it and if you do I am not sure that it will be there.
