The gallery is not working correctly with Internet Explorer at present. It works fine with other browsers but for unknown reasons does not load details of paintings in IE. Until I can fix, it it would be great if you could use another browser such as Chrome or Firefox both of which are much better than Internet Explore.

This site has powerful indexing facilities which result in thumbnails on the right hand side. Some searches (such as all works on paper) may result in more than 700 thumbnails so please use them carefully.
The site has been designed for viewing on monitors of 1024 by 768 or greater resolution. For viewing on lower resolution monitors try removing some of your toolbars.
